There is a $5 key deposit due when opening an account.  

Minimum of 3 months to open a new account (maximum prepayment is one year).  Payments can be monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually after the first 3 months.

Change of address must be done at the post office in person or by sending in a change of address form.  On-line change of address with the USPS is not an option from a mail receiving agency.
