General Q & A
There is a $5 key deposit due when opening an account.
Minimum of 3 months to open a new account (maximum prepayment is one year). Payments can be monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually after the first 3 months.
Q: What do I need to open up a box?

You will need two(2) forms of Identification(I.D.) such as, Driver's License/State I.D. card, Vehicle registration, Passport, Insurance cards, and even a gas & electric bill in your name. We can not take debit or credit cards as I.D.
Q: When can I access my mail box?

The door to the Mailroom's lobby area is on a timer and will unlock at 7am and relock at 7pm so long as you have your key you can check your box anytime within those hours.
Q:What if I'm mailed something that doesn't fit in the box?

If you receive an item that doesn't fit in the mail box we put it in our storage area and place a "package slip" in your mail box to which you can bring to the front window during office hours to receive your item.
Q: Why can't I change my address to the mailroom online?

Change of address must be done at the post office in person or by sending in a change of address form. Online change of address with the USPS is not an option for a mail receiving agency.
