Cedars Sinai Construction Update for Our Neighbors

We want to inform you about the ongoing construction at Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital. This work is crucial for the development of our new facilities and will continue through November 2024. Construction will occur Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What to Expect:

• Safety backup alarms of trucks/equipment

• Rattling and grinding noises

• Motors/generators sounds

• Humming/drilling

Work Includes:

• Fireproofing and sprinkler installations, interior and exterior framing, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at the new hospital.

• Second-floor concrete wall installations at the energy center.

• Underground storm drain installations and utility duct bank relocations.

• Underground utilities installation at the existing parking lot.
